FSX Google Earth Tracker is a lightweight companion utility for Microsoft Flight Simulator X that lets you follow your flight in real time on Google Earth. It connects to FSX via SimConnect and feeds your aircraft’s position, altitude, speed, and heading to Google Earth, drawing a live track over high‑resolution satellite imagery. It’s useful for VFR sightseeing, route review and debriefing, or sharing your flights with others.

Key features:

  • Real‑time mapping: See your aircraft icon move across Google Earth with live updates and a breadcrumb trail.
  • Flight logging: Save tracks as KML for playback, analysis, or sharing.
  • Simple setup: Run the tracker, connect to FSX, and open the provided KML link in Google Earth.
  • Flexible display: Optional labels and track styles to keep the map clear or detailed as you prefer.
  • Minimal overhead: Designed to have a small impact on simulator performance.

Requirements:

  • Microsoft Flight Simulator X (boxed or Steam Edition) with SimConnect
  • Google Earth (desktop)
  • Windows PC
